This data will never be made available to third parties unless expressly authorized by the person concerned.

How do we store personal information submitted by participants?

Our website is developed and hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix provides us with an online platform that allows us to publish and receive registration forms/messages.

Your information may be stored in the Wix.com database. Wix stores your information on secure servers behind a firewall.

How do we communicate with participants?

We may contact you to notify you or to help you resolve any issues related to your registration. We may contact you via email.

How can participants withdraw their consent?

At any time, participants may request access, rectification, or cancellation of their personal data by sending an email to the organization, indicating their name, email address, and their clear intention to stop receiving information.
